Returns

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a purchase may not meet your expectations. We want you to be satisfied with your Vani Jewellery, and we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines for returns:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 24 hours from the time of arrival.
  • Returns are only acceptable when items arrive damaged or missing, or when you've receive an incorrect item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged. It should also include all original tags, packaging 

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to request a return.
  • Clearly write the order number on the outside of the return package.
  • Package the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Inspection and Approval:
  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.

    Refunds

      • Refund Options: If your return is approved, you may choose to receive a refund in the original form of payment or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
      • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed promptly after the approval of your return. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

      Eligibility for Exchange:

      Exchanges will only be accepted if the item in question meets one of the following criteria:

      • The Item is Broken: If you receive a product that is damaged or in non-working condition, we are happy to exchange it for a new, identical, or similar item if the original is out of stock.
      • Received the Wrong Item: If, in the rare instance, you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly process an exchange to provide you with the correct item.

      Timeframe for Exchange:
      To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us of the issue within 24 hours from the time of receiving the item. Any exchange requests made beyond this period may not be accommodated.


      Condition of the Item:
      The item being exchanged must be returned in its original packaging and in a unused condition. This means that it should be unused, unaltered, and free from any damage caused by the customer. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item to verify its eligibility for exchange.
